Carl CiarfalioCarl, a 40-year veteran of the entertainment industry, enjoys a prolific career as a Stunt Coordinator, Stuntman, and Actor. He has worked with such film and television heavyweights as Martin Scorsese, Ron Howard, Steven Soderbergh, Jamie Foxx, Tom Cruise, Clint Eastwood, Scott Cooper and Chuck Norris.

Carl’s action entertainment career began with award-winning high school and college athletic prowess. He then began to perform in live Wild West Shows at Knott’s Berry Farm and Universal Studios. He received his Screen Actors Guild card in 1978 and has been working in his chosen profession ever since. Carl honed his skills as an actor and has won a number of guest star roles in both television programs and feature films. In 1985 he was the recipient of the “Best Fight Sequence” award in the 1st Annual Stuntman Awards for his performance in the television series, Knight Rider.

Carl is a former member of the Stuntmen’s Association of Motion Pictures, and served as its President from 1992 through 1996. He served two terms at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences as the first Governor of the Stunt Peer Group. Carl helped to form this Peer Group in 2000, and in 2001 was a key player in establishing the first Emmy Award for Outstanding Stunt Coordination. Carl also partnered with Teri Ryan to create and develop the annual Taurus World Stunt Awards and Taurus Foundation, and today continues to serve on its Blue Ribbon Committee.

Some of his most recognizable TV works are Heroes, The Mentalist, Harry’s Law, CSI, 24, Numbers, House, Days of Our Lives, and Without a Trace.
